| 摘 要： | 文章对传统专业设计院工程总承包管理模式存在的问题进行了分析，并结合昆明东外环中路工程，对总承包管理模式进行了探索，以充分发挥传统设计院从事工程总承包的优势。以期在提高工程质量的同时，使企业获得更大的效益。

| Abstract: | The article has carried on the analysis to the exis- ting problems of general contract management mode of the traditional professional design institute engineering. Combined with the Kunming East Outer Ring Road project, it explores the general contract management mode, to give ful play to the advantages of traditional design institute engaged in project general contracting, in order to improve the quality of the pro- ject and make the enterprise to obtain greater benefit. |
