| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济高速发展，这种由商品房、城中村、经济适用房之间的相互混搭的近郊复合型建设模式成为了中国城市化进程中出现的新模式。本文以山水人家小区为例，提出了这种建设模式下的居住环境存在的问题，并对这些问题提出了协调与解决的方案。
