挠性管注入器的结构设计研究

摘    要:针对瓦斯抽放孔容易出现垮塌、堵塞,且缺乏有效的修复装备的问题,设计一种挠性管注入器。通过对石油工业中连续管钻机注入头装置的研究,对注入器进行总体结构、驱动机构和夹持机构的设计,并对不同的设计结构进行对比,选用最优的方案。挠性管注入器将挠性管注入到瓦斯抽放孔,利用高压水射流通过挠性油管对垮塌和堵塞的瓦斯抽放孔进行疏通和增透,极大地提高了瓦斯抽放效果和抽放速度。

Abstract:For the gas drainage hole prone appearing to collapse,congestion and repairing equipment problems invalidly designing a flexible tube injector.By studying injection head of continuous pipe drill in oil industry,designing massing structure,driving structure and clamping structure of the injector.Selecting The optimal scheme is selected by contrasting different design structure.The flexible tube injector is a injection device which injecting into the gas drainage hole,using high-pressure water jet for dredging and anti-reflection to the collapse and congestion's gas drainage hole through continuous pipe drill.Improving the gas drainage's ability and rate effectively.
