深槽调偏托辊的研究

摘    要:针对带式输送机跑偏实际,分析了带式输送机跑偏原因,详细介绍了当前的带式输送机调偏装置,设计了深槽大倾角调偏托辊,采用双排结构实现深槽运输,前排托辊采用锥形托辊,通过前倾结构自动地定心。当发生跑偏时,输送带驱动立辊带动托辊架转动,使得托辊轴线倾斜,产生向心力,完成跑偏的校正,深槽调偏托辊较好地完成了带式输送机深槽运输的跑偏防治。

Abstract:According to the deviation fact of conveyor belt,this paper analyzed the cause of deviation for belt,introduced the some adjusting device of conveyor,designed the deep trough belt conveyor adjusting idler,double row idler was applied to conveyor the materials,the front row idler is conical idler,because it have forward structure,it can bring out the centripetal force automatically,when a deviation occurs,the belt drive the vertical idler and the idler frame was turned,the shaft of idler was changed and incline.it can generate centripetal force and completed the adjustment.The deep trough idler can prevent well the deviation of deep trough belt conveyor.
