摘    要:设计并实现了基于微震信号检测的煤矿求救信号监测系统,该系统由信号发生装置和信号接收装置2部分组成。信号发生装置将需要发送的信息进行波形编码,通过单片机控制电磁阀,以气动敲击器作为执行单元,从而将数据信息转变为振动波形;信号接收装置使用微震传感器接收到微震信号,进行滤波放大之后,通过编译码规则将振动波形转换成原始数据信息,并在LCD上进行显示,同时声光提示。试验证明,该装置能够有效接收到金属管道上传递的震动信号。

Abstract:The coal mine SOS signal monitoring system is designed based on microseismic detection.It is composed of signal producing devices and signal receiving devices.The signal producing device encodes the data,and the air knocker is driven by solenoid valve which is controlled by CPU.The data needs to be sent is transformed into micro seismic signal consequently.The signal receiving device detects the microseismic signal by microseismic sensor.The signal is decoded into original data after being amplified,then displayed in LCD,acousto-opti warning is executed synchronously.The experiment result shows that the system can effectively detect microseismic signals transferred through metal pipelines.
