六偏磷酸钠在煤泥浮选中的应用及机理探讨

摘    要:探索了添加抑制剂六偏磷酸钠前后的浮选对比试验,结果表明:当六偏磷酸钠用量为2 kg/t时,精煤灰分可以降到10.73%左右,满足了生产要求,同时,精煤产率略微下降,但浮选完善指标和可燃体回收率均有所增加。并采用红外光谱分析对六偏磷酸钠的抑制机理进行了分析,结果表明:六偏磷酸钠的加入,会增强煤粒间的阻隔作用,使得煤粒处于分散状态,提高煤中高灰成分的亲水性,从而抑制煤中高灰物质随精煤浮出,达到降低浮选精煤灰分的目的。

Abstract:It explored flotation contrast test of adding depressant sodium hexametaphosphate and no add,the results showed that when the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate was 2kg/t,the clean ash could be reduced to 10.73%,it could meet the requirement of production,meanwhile,the clean yield descended a bit,but the flotation complete index and the combustible recovery increased.The mechanism of depressant was discussed by analyzing infrared spectroscopy,the adding of sodium hexametaphosphate reinforced the blocking effect of coal particles,the coal particles were dispersed,the hydrophilic of high ash contents in coal was improved,so the high ash contents were depressed to float together with clean coal,the clean ash was reduced.
