新型水性耐热耐黄变剂的研究

摘    要:针对水性AO(WAO)与两种不同类型的水性耐热耐黄变剂(WHSA、WHSB)共3种配方进行研究,应用试验设计(DOE)手法,将上述3种配方混合水性PU树脂后涂装于铁片上,成膜干燥后进行200℃不同时间耐热测试,试验结果显示,WHSA无法改善耐热效果,WHSB和WAO对于初期烘烤后黄变都有效。

Abstract:This paper is a comparison study of three different waterborne additives which are waterborne antioxidant (WAO), waterborne heat stabilizer A (WHSA) and waterborne heat stabilizer B (WHSB), all of above are mixed with waterborne PU coating. Products are coated on metal and then heated to 200 ℃ at different times to test. The design of experiment (DOE) was used in this study. The results confirmed that WHSA can't be effectively protected from heat degradation.
