矿山通风设备故障监测与诊断系统研究

摘    要:针对实际矿山数字化改造的整体需求,设计并实现了基于参数估计算法的井下通风设备故障监测与诊断系统。系统硬件采用单片机控制、总线挂接式结构及智能传感器,通过CAN现场总线实现数据通信。系统软件以Visual Studio(VS)2005为开发工具,基于智能客户端开发出Windows环境下的应用系统软件。现场应用表明所设计的系统能够满足矿山实际需求。

Abstract:In view of overall demand of the actual mining digital transformation,designed and implemented based on parameter estimation algorithm of underground ventilation equipment fault monitoring and diagnosis system.Hardware system controlled by single chip microcomputer,articulated bus structure and intelligent sensors,data communication was achieved by the CAN field bus.System software with Visual Studio(VS) 2005 as development tool,based on smart client application system software developed under the Windows environment.Field application shows that the designed system can satisfy the mine actual demand.
