橡胶基材用无卤阻燃涂料开发及性能研究

摘    要:以双组分聚氨酯(PU)作为黏结剂,二乙基次磷酸铝(AlPi)和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)为阻燃剂,制备了一种无卤阻燃涂料。采用锥形量热仪研究了阻燃涂料和涂覆阻燃涂料的CR胶片的燃烧性能。结果表明,AlPi和MCA比例在3∶1,阻燃剂总添加量在20%时制得的阻燃涂料自身的最大平均热释放速率(MARHE(25 kW/m2)仅为80.4 kW/m2,阻燃效果与聚磷酸铵(APP)跟可膨胀石墨(EG)复配效果相当。将阻燃涂料喷涂到CR基材上后使得CR胶片的MARHE由原来的206 kW/m2降至86 kW/m2,制备得到的阻燃涂料能抵抗38 000次的屈挠而不发生开裂和剥落。

Abstract:A novel halogen-free flame-retardant coatings (FRC) used components was developed with two-component polyurethane as for the flame retardancy of rubber the adhesive resin. Aluminum diethylphosphinate (AlPi) and melamine cynurate (MCA) were used as the flame retardants. The flaming behavior of the FRC and neoprene rubber (CR) coated with this FRC was tested with cone calorimeter. The burning tests showed that with a 20% addition amount of the flame retardants and a 3 : 1 mass ratio of A1Pi to MCA, the maximum average heat releasing rate (MARHE (25 kW/m^2)) of neat FRC was merely 80.4 kW/m^2, of which the flame-retardant effect was nearly equivalent of the ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and expandable graphite (EG) combination. Moreover, when the FRC was applied on the CR substrate, the MARHE (25 kW/m^2 ) of CR was decreased from 206 kW/m^2 to 86 kW/m^2. The flex tests demonstrated that the FRC had a good fatigue resistance as it could afford 38 000 flexes with no cracks came off. It was also shown that the FRC still had a very strong adhesion force to the CR substrate after the flex tests.
