混凝-电Fenton法处理DDNP废水的试验研究

摘    要:针对DDNP废水难于被微生物降解的特点,采用混凝-电Fenton法处理DDNP废水,先对DDNP废水进行混凝处理,然后将沉降后的上清液再用电Fenton法处理,考察各反应阶段COD和色度去除效果及影响因素。试验结果表明:混凝初始pH=10,混凝时间为3 h,聚铁投加量为20 mL/L时,COD和色度去除率分别为58.09%和41.67%;对于混凝沉降后的上清液,在电解时间为3 h,pH=6,H2O2(质量分数为30%)的投加量为14 mL/L,电解电压为14 V时,处理效果最好,最终COD和色度去除率分别为99.14%和99.94%。

Abstract:For the DDNP wastewater has hard-microbiodegradable characteristic,The coagulation-electro Fenton process was used for treating DDNP wastewater,examining the reaction stage COD and color removal efficiency and influencing factors.The results showed that when the initial coagulation pH is 10,the coagulation time is 3h,dosage of PFS is 20 mL/L,then,the COD and color removal rate is 58.09% and 41.67%;Treatment of wastewater after coagution by electro-Fenton process,when the electrolytic time is 3h,the pH is 6,dosage of H2O2(30%) is around 14 mL/L,and the electrolysis voltage is 12 V,the removal efficiency is the best,the COD and color removal rate is 99.14% and 99.94%.
