坚硬顶板厚煤层回采巷道破碎围岩修复技术

摘    要:针对新疆艾维尔沟矿区2130煤矿坚硬顶板厚煤层开采条件,通过对25221回风巷和调整回风巷间煤柱及巷道顶板破碎原因进行分析,提出采用工作面超前爆破弱化老顶降低围岩应力和跨巷注浆加固围岩相结合的回采巷道破碎围岩修复技术。该技术在不影响25221回风巷正常使用的同时,很好地解决了25221工作面回风巷和调整回风巷之间煤柱及巷道顶板破碎严重、巷道不易维护的难题,对回采巷道破碎围岩控制技术研究具有积极的参考价值。

Abstract:The research has been carried out in 2130 coal mine of Aiweiergou mining area at Xinjiang uighur autonomous region on harding roof condition,which based on the objective need of hydraulic support transportation at 25221 return airway.In order to reinforce the fractured surrounding rock of25221 return airway,of over-the-roadway have been invented.The problem of difficult to maintenance in 25221 return airway that caused by the serious cracked coal pillar and roof of roadway between25221 return airway and the adjustment return airway have been addressed effectively which based on the technology of grouting.And this technology without affecting the normal use of 25221 return airway at the same time.Grouting by over-the-roadway has a positive reference value for research on surrounding rock control technology of crushing in mining gateway.
