金田煤矿软岩巷道注浆堵水方案及应用

摘    要:针对宝龙山金田煤矿地质复杂、裂隙较大、巷道围岩软弱、涌水量大且涌水点不明确等特点,提出了采用双液水泥-水玻璃浆液对涌水区域进行工作面预注浆。注浆工程竣工后,对工作面进行开挖施工,并对整个注浆域实测统计,注浆堵水效果显著。

Abstract:According to the complicated geological conditions and large cracks and weak surrounding rock and high mine water inrush and unclear water point and other features of Baolongshan Jintian mine,the double cement-sodium silicate grout was provided for the surface pre-grouting of the bunker bypass.When the grouting operation completed,the excavation and sinking operation was conducted for the working face.A site measure ment on the residual water inrush in the full grouted section was conducted,the grouting water sealing results was obvious.
