基于FLUENT动网格的采空区氧气浓度场的数值模拟

摘    要:为研究工作面回采条件下采空区氧气浓度场分布规律,建立了采空区3D几何模型及遗煤耗氧升温的控制方程组,利用FLUENT软件的动网格功能实现工作面回采,通过数值模拟手段进行研究。结果表明:按氧浓度划分采空区自燃"三带"时,自燃带随着工作面回采向前移动;回采速度一定时,自燃带宽度随时间变化很小,可近似认为保持不变,且进风巷侧自燃带宽度最大,倾向中央及回风巷侧自燃带宽度相差不大,自燃带近似呈"L"型。

Abstract:To study the characteristic of oxygen concentration distribution in the gob in the condition of working face advance,the 3D geometric model of gob and governing equations of coal spontaneous combustion were established.The face advance was implemented by dynamic mesh function of FLUENT software.The results show that the spontaneous combustion "three zone" divided by oxygen concentration moves forward with face advance.The width of spontaneous combustion zone has little shrinkage with unchanged advance speed,which can be ignored.Additionally,the spontaneous combustion zone has the biggest width near the intake airway,while has the similar width near the central tendency and the return airway.The spontaneous combustion zone has an appropriate "L" shape.
