盐水流量对冻结器热交换系数的影响

摘    要:随着科技的进步,在冻结凿井领域提出了控制冻结技术。冻结器冷冻效率受多种因素影响,包括土层性质、冻结管直径、冻结孔间距、冻结时间、盐水温度及盐水流量。分析了冻结器单孔流量对热交换系数的影响研究得出:调节冻结器单孔流量可以改变其热交换系数,实现冻结过程的有效控制,可以为以后冻结控制技术的实施提供参考。

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology,the control frozen technology has been proposed in the field of freezing shaft project.Heat exchange coefficient of the frozen pipe is affected by various factors,including soil property,freezing pipe diameter,the space between holes,freezing time,brine temperature and flow.The relationship between the flow and heat the exchange coefficient of the frozen pipe was analyzed,and it is concluded that adjusting the flow in pipe can change its heat transfer coefficient,to achieve effective control of the freezing process,and provide a reference for the future implementation of the freeze control technology.
