汽车涂装的VOC减排与节能降耗的先进技术综述

摘    要:概括了几种当前最新的汽车涂装技术及其施工应用的特点,并对这些技术路线的综合投入、VOC排放和能源消耗的水平和有关环境生命周期评价结果做了全面介绍,同时提出了针对不同汽车涂装项目所应采用的涂装工艺的建议,推荐对现有高VOC排放的溶剂型涂装线改造项目采用高固体分涂装体系。

Abstract:The author summarized several up-to-date automobile painting techniques and the application features thereof. comprehensively introduced the overall investment, VOC emission and energy consumption levels and relevant environmental lifecycle assessment results of these techniques, and simultaneously proposed painting process recommendations applicable for different automobile painting projects, and finally suggested that the high-solid painting system should be adopted for improving existing solvent-based painting lines with high VOC emission.
