井下分级破碎机的研究及应用

摘    要:介绍一种井下分级破碎机的工作原理和结构,采用双辊式破碎结构,破碎齿呈螺旋形轴向交错布置于齿辊之上,利用剪切和拉伸原理破碎物料,对于大块物料有翻转破碎的特点,小块物料可直接排出,实现筛分和破碎的双重目的,并概述了破碎辊齿的材质与成型工艺以及在煤矿生产中的应用效果,连续工业性试验生产实践表明,该型分级破碎机整机性能先进,生产效率高、设备性能稳定、处理能力大,过粉碎率低,齿辊磨损低,破碎耗能低等特点。

Abstract:Introduces the work principle and structure of underground sizing crusher.It is designed based on former crusher researches,it has the structure of double rollers in which teeth spirally arrange spirally in a staggered pattern,while crush materials by shear and tensile principle.Bulk materials will be crushed while in flip,and small pieces of materials can be discharged directly,that achieves the dual purpose of screening and crushing,to summarize the material and forming process of tooth roller and the effect of coal mine production,continuous industrial test production practices show that it has the advanced performance as well as the harmonious relationship with corollary equipments,matching the production capacity.The main characteristics of it are high efficiency,good safety performance,large treatment capacity,low pulverization rate,low roller abrasion,low energy consumption and so on.
