摘    要:劣化理论采用称为相邻预修周期和大修周期等劣化率的两个参量,揭示了在一定使用、维修条件下寿命周期可靠性和性能的劣化规律.根据劣化理论,发展了大型机械产品寿命周期使用可靠性和性能的并行预计方法.方法包含了最大化寿命周期可达可用度和收益率的思想,借助同类产品的使用观察,可应用于设计阶段产品有效寿命及寿命周期费用和性能参量估计,设计可靠性指标、最佳预修和大修时机确定,以及使用可靠性和性能模拟.

Abstract:Concurrent prediction method of the life cycle reliability and performance for a large-scale machinery is developed using a so-called degrading theory by Zhao et al. The theory uses two integrated parameters, namely general degrading rate between neighbouring preventive maintenance time intervals and degrading rate between neighbouring overhaul time intervals, to reflect the interacting components with wear out and gradual parameter drift under production environment. The method includes maximizing the life cycle achieved availability and economic benefit. By the aid of similar products, this method can be applied concurrently to evaluate the effective life and design reliability parameter,to determine the optimization preventive maintenance and overhaul opportunities, and to simulate the life cycle reliability and performance behaviour, of a developing machinery.
