摘    要:阐述了有限元方法中自由度耦合技术及其求解方法。采用自由度耦合方法建立了液压缸的有限元模型,对旋挖钻机的起落液压缸进行分析,分析发现液压缸中液压油的刚度较低导致旋挖钻机立柱前倾严重。

Abstract:Degree of freedom coupling technology in finite element method and its solving procedure are described. Finite element model of hydraulic cylinder is established with degree of freedom coupling method to analyze the lifting cylinder of rotary pile drill. The analysis shows that the rigidity of hydraulic oil in the cylinder is low, which results in severe forward tilting of rotary pile drill's mast.
