| 摘 要： | 采用分段冷却方法及带状程度的定量化测定方法考察了不同总压下率条件下轧后冷却速度对１６Ｍｎ钢板铁素体一珠光体带状组织的影响，用外推法测定了消除带状组织的临界冷却速度，改进了计算临界冷却速度的方法 。

| Abstract: | Effect of cooling rate after rolling on the banded structure of 16Mn steel plate has been investigated with a dividing cooling test method and a quantitative banding analysis method under different reduction conditions.The critical cooling rate eliminating banded structure is determined with the extension reckonning.An approach to improve the calculation of critical cooling rate is proposed. |
