| 摘 要： | 针对蜡油加氢装置循环氢脱硫系统存在的脱硫塔液面波动大、雾沫夹带、发泡等问题,从工艺、设备、仪表等方面进行分析,通过提高循环氢脱硫塔前分液罐分液效果、脱硫塔定期撇油、严格控制系统压力平稳、控制循环氢与贫胺液温差等措施,保证了循环氢脱硫系统稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problems existing in the desulfidation system for cyclic hydrogen used in wax oil hydrogenation unit of Gaoqiao Branch Company, such as large fluctuation on the liquid level and entrainment of the desulfidation tower, foaming and etc. , this paper analyzed the causes from process, device, meter and etc. The following measures were adopted to ensure the stable running of the desulfidation system for cyclic hydrogen, such as improving liquid sep- aration effect of the liquid separation tank before the desulfidation tower, periodical skimming of the desulfidation tower, controlling strictly and stably the system pressure and controlling the temperature difference of cyclic hydrogen and lean amine liquid. |
