PE隔板在铅酸蓄电池中的应用

摘    要:介绍了聚乙烯(PE)隔板的工艺流程及制作特点,对PE隔板的电阻、孔率、孔径、强度、高温性能、外形与包封形式等进行了详细的阐述,并且对PE隔板影响铅酸蓄电池的容量和高倍率放电等进行了讨论,认为目前PE隔板是汽车蓄电池最理想的隔板,能够满足汽车蓄电池高倍率放电、高贮备容量、耐震动、长寿命和高生产效率的要求和发展趋势.

Abstract:The manufacture process and characteristics of polyethylene (PE) separators have been introduced. The electrical resistance, porosity, pore size, tensile strength, high temperature stability, shape, and envelope type of PE separator have been reviewed. The influence of PE separator on capacity and high-rate discharge of lead-acid storage batteries have been discussed. It has been proposed that PE separators are ideal separators for SLI batteries. It can meet the trend and requirements of high-rate discharge, large reserve capacity, long life and high productivity of SLI batteries.
