苊二亚胺氯化镍配合物/烷基铝催化乙烯聚合的研究

摘    要:合成了3种苊二亚胺氯化镍配合物,不使用甲基铝氧烷,以普通烷基铝为助催化剂,研究了其对乙烯聚合的催化性能以及反应条件的影响。实验结果表明,当以AlEt2Cl为助催化剂时,3种苊二亚胺镍配合物对乙烯的聚合有很高的活性,其中有效位阻较小的配合物催化乙烯聚合得到低聚物,有效位阻较大的配合物催化乙烯聚合得到高聚物;温度、助催化剂种类、铝镍摩尔比等对催化活性及产物结构也有很大的影响。

Abstract:Three kinds of acenaphthenequinonediimine nickelous( Ⅱ ) chloride complexes were synthesized and used to catalyze polymerization of ethylene with ordinary alkylaluminium as co - catalyst instead of polymethylaluminoxane(MAO) .The catalysts were highly active for ethylene polymerization or oligomerization with AlEt2Cl as co - catalyst. Reaction conditions such as co - catalysts, Al/Ni mole ratios, polymerization temperature and kinds of ligand exhibited pronounced effects on catalytic activity and properties of products. Polyethylene with high branching degree and relative molecular mass could be prepared by nickel complex with larger effective bulky ligand,while oligomers would be obtained with less bulky ligand.
