摘    要:为提高电网智能防误校核结果的准确性和全面性,针对调控一体化运行模式,提出了智能防误拓扑计算的开关单元模型及环路拓扑搜索算法。基于电网拓扑模型和防误专家知识库,采用与/或树推理和拓扑防误计算方法,实现包括电磁合环、设备过载等调度操作防误规则以及二次防误规则等的防误功能。采用该方法建立某区域电网的拓扑防误模型,并结合防误规则专家库实现了应用。现场实践证明,基于电网开关单元防误模型和防误专家知识库的调控一体化防误校核方法能够对防止误调度、误遥控、误操作提供准确丰富的校验结果,从而保障电网调控操作的安全性。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the power grid intelligent anti-misoperation result, this paper proposes switch unit model and loop topology search algorithm for intelligent topological anti-misoperation computing under the operating mode of integrated dispatching and control system. Basing on topological model and knowledge base of anti-misoperation rules, the system uses and/or tree reasoning and topological anti-misoperation computing method, and achieves the functions such as electromagnetic loop closing and equipment overload. This paper establishes the topological anti-misoperation model of a regional grid with this method, and implements the application based on anti-misoperation rules expert database. Site operation shows that, integrated anti-misoperation checking methods based on switch unit anti-misoperation model and anti-misoperation rules expert database can provide accurate verification results for preventing scheduling mistake, remote control by mistake and misoperation, and thus can ensure the safety of the power grid operation.
