局部法在十字接头工作角焊缝疲劳强度评定中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新的疲劳强度评定方法,即局部法,该方法用单一疲劳标准可预测结构在载荷作用下的疲劳行为,而不受结构几何形状复杂,所受外载复杂的拘束,对国内常用Q235B钢的十字接头工作角焊缝进行了单轴拉伸疲劳试验,并用有限元方法对焊接残余应力和外载引起的局部应力进行了计算,分析结果表明该准则完全适合于Q235B钢。

Abstract:A new method named the local approach is introduced. The interest in the local approach is that it can predict the fatigue behavior of mechanical parts from a single endurance criterion, irrespective of their geometrical complexity and of the conditions of the global external loading (uniaxial or multiaxial). In this work uniaxial tensile fatigue tests were carried out for Q235B cruciform joints and welding residual stresses and local stress status were calculated by finite element method. Results show that the local approach is applicable to Q235B steel.
