摘    要:莱钢烧结厂采取控制原、燃料和白云石粒度、稳定烧结生产、推行低温烧结工艺、优化厚料层烧结技术、生石灰强化烧结、堵漏风、控制点火温度等一系列降低固体燃耗、电耗及煤气消耗的措施,工序能耗由2000年的72.50 kg/t降低到2006年上半年的58.02kg/t,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:A series of measures of decreasing solid fuel consumption,electricity consumption and gas consumption such as controlling the particle size of raw material,fuel and dolomite,stabilizing sintering process,promoting low temperature sintering process,optimizing deep-bed sintering technology,intensifying sintering by calcium oxide,preventing air leakage and controlling ignition temperature etc were adopted by Laigang sintering plant.Then the process energy consumption was lowered from 72.5 kg/t in the year 2000 to 58.02 kg/t of first half year in the year 2006 and the obvious economical benefit was obtained.
