扇形段3+4区冷却系统的改进

摘    要:分析武钢第一炼钢厂两台5流高效连铸机二次冷却系统弧形管对中所存在的问题,介绍改进的方案及实施效果:改变弧形管定位、安装的结构形式,采用矩形不锈钢管代替圆形水管,改变喷嘴连接方式,增装过渡接头,方便调整更换及检修,很好地满足了工艺生产要求.

Abstract:The exist shortcoming of curved line for second cooling system of caster in WISCO have already found and the improving solutions were introduced ,which include changing the position of cured line and the structure of erection ,exchanging round pipe by the longitudinal pipe made in stainless steel, changing the connection method of header and adding the transitive pipe in order to adjust, exchange and maintain header The results showed the improvement can meet the requirement of processing .
