| Abstract: | The definition, properties and possible safety problems of genetically modified foods(GMF) were introduced.The paper summarised the development of strategies and methods to detect genetically modified foods. It introduced the key problems of detecting methods and technology of GMF, especially the PCR.The challenge of detection of GMF were also discussed. |
