摘    要:该文介绍了矿石装车楼系统的主要结构,针对称重控制系统中存在的问题和缺陷,采用了电液比例位置系统来控制称重仓卸料闸门开口度,以达到二次称重的目的,这对提高装车质量有重要意义。

Abstract:The main structures of the ore load out system were introduced. A scheme of the quadric weighing system, in which electro-hydraulic proportional position system was designed to control the unload strobes of weighing bin, was proposed for the problems and defects of the weighing control system. It is important for improving the quality of loading.
