ADAMS/VIEW在汽车前悬架仿真应用及优化分析

摘    要:汽车前悬架系统部件之间的运动关系十分复杂,对整车操纵稳定性和平顺性有举足轻重的作用.在现有的汽车前悬架数据的基础上,用ADAMS/VIEW模块建立悬架模型,并对模型进行仿真计算,研究分析主销和前轮定位角随车轮上下跳动时的变化规律,评价悬架数据合理性.采用优化分析对悬架不合理数据进行优化,取得更加良好的仿真结果,进一步改善悬架系统性能.

Abstract:The motion relationship among the parts of front suspension system is very complicated.It plays an important role in vehicle's handling and stability or riding comfort.This paper establishes the simulation modeling for the front suspension using ADAMS/VIEW based on the parameters obtained from a kind of car.An investigation is done for the suspension's kingpin axis and wheel orientation as the wheel is moving.The parameters are optimized and analyzed.As a result,the front suspension system performance is improved.
