| 摘 要： | 选用硫磺硫化体系,用动态硫化法制备PVC/PNBR热塑性弹性体。考察了硫化体系对性能的影响,比如硫磺的用量、促进剂的用量以及硫磺与促进剂的质量比率;同时考察了增塑剂的用量及填料对体系性能的影响。结果表明,制得的热塑性弹性体具有优异的力学性能。

| Abstract: | PVC/PNBR TPE was prepared by the method of dynamic curing and the vulcanization system of sulphur.The influences of the vulcanization system on the properties of elastomer was studied,for instance,the dosage of sulfuration agent,the dosage of accelerant,and the ratio of sulfuration agent to accelerant. At the time,the influences of the dosages of plasticizer and filler were also studied.The results showed that the TPE exhibited excellent mechanical properties. |
