| 摘 要： | 通过尿素编织袋的跌落实验,分析了影响编织袋抗跌落强度的因素。调整扁丝原料母料的添加量及增加编织袋的外观尺寸、降低填充系数等措施,能够保证编织袋2m高耐跌落实验项目合格,使得大庆石化公司开发公司成为新标准执行以后中国石油第二家通过此项目检验合格的企业。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting drop-resistant strength of urea woven bags were analyzed through drop experiment.Measures like adjusting addition quantity of flat filament raw material masterbatch,increasing the apparent size of woven bags,and lowering the filling coefficient can ensure the test items of woven bags at 2 m height to be on spec.,and this made the Development Company of Daqing Petrochemical Company the Second enterprise passing the test in CNPC. |
