Synthesis Progress and General Situation of Methyl Hydrogen Polysiloxanes

This article introduced the effect and theory research value of methyl hydrogen polysiloxanes in organic silicon downstream products synthesis field,described the synthesis research progress such as cohydrolysis condensation method of the organic hydrogen chloride silane with organochlorosilane,catalytic balance method of organic hydrogen chloride silane with other siloxane,first alcoholysis then hydrolysis catalytic balance method of organic hydrogen chloride silane(or with mixture of trimethylchlorosilane),reduction method of silicone oil containing Si-Cl key to produce methyl hydrogen silicone oil(high hydrogen silicone oil),cohydrolysis condensation method of the mixed organochlorosilane and balance method of the mixed siloxane to produce silicone oil part hydrogen(low hydrogen silicone oil),discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The result showed that nonsolvent method hydrolysis reaction could use positive pressure or atmospheric,solvent method hydrolysis reaction could use petroleum ether as solvent.Dehydration and removal of impurities could use phase separation device or other filtering device before the hydrolysate telomerization.
