| 摘 要： | 烟草中的烟碱用石灰水浸提。在ｐＨ＝１１的条件下，经三氯乙烯二次萃取，常压蒸馏获得烟碱粗品。再在压力为４０～６５ｋＰａ，温度为１６０～１７０℃条件下，减压蒸馏获得天然烟碱，产品含量可达９８％以上，收率达６８７％。

| Abstract: | The nicotine is extracted by immersing the tobacco in calcium hydroxide solution. Through the double extraction of trichloroethylene,on the condition of pH=11,the low purity nicotine is taken by the normal distillation. On these conditions, pressure is 4.0～6.5kPa, temperature is 160～170℃,the high purity native nicotine is taken by the vacuum distillation, the purity of the product is above 98%, the yield is above 68.7%. |
