| 摘 要： | 以３０％乙二醛为原料，经氧化反应、环化反应和羟甲基化反应制备高效广谱防腐剂重氮烷基脲。乙二醛用硝酸于４０℃氧化４ｈ，在氧化产物中加脲于７５℃环化反应３ｈ，环化产物尿囊素和甲醛于回流温度反应１ｈ。合成总收率为５１％，产品经元素分析含氮量为２０２０％。产品经荧光光谱测定纯度为９９％。

| Abstract: | Diazolidinyl urea was prepared from 30% glyoxal by oxidation,cyclization and hydroxymethylation.The total yield was 51% based on glyoxal under optimum reaction condition—glyoxylic acid that was obtained from 30% glyoxal(0.25mol)by oxidation using nitric acid(0.2mol)at 40℃ for 4 hours reacted with urea(0.8mol)at 75℃ for 3 hours,cyclizing product(allantoin,0.2mol)reacted with formaldehyde(0.8mol)at 80℃ for 1 hour.The purity of product determined by fluoresence spectrum was 99%. |
