| 摘 要： | 以乙醇为反应介质，采用溶解沉淀法制备了高脱乙酰壳聚糖。在反应温度８０℃，反应时间３ｈ，壳聚糖与氢氧化钠和乙醇的质量比为１∶３∶１６的条件下，获得了脱乙酰度达９０％的壳聚糖，而传统方法只有８０％。

| Abstract: | A dissolving precipitated method has been developed for the preparation of chitosan having a high degree of deacetylation in the presence of ethyl alcohol.The rusults showed that the method obtained 90% degree of deacetylation at 80℃ for 3h and a mass ratio of chitosan to NaOH to C 2H 5OH was 1∶3∶16.But the degree of deacetylation is 80% by traditional method. |
