新型磷—卤协效阻燃剂的合成与应用

摘    要:以乙二醇、2,3-二溴丙醇或二溴新戊二醇、三氯氧磷等为原料合成了四(2,3-二溴丙基)乙二醇双磷酸酯和1,2-二(5,5’-二溴甲基 1,3,2-三氧-2-磷杂己烷基)乙烷两种磷—卤协效阻燃剂,所合成的化合物均经元素分析和红外光谱证明其分子结构。将前者用于聚氨酯泡沫塑料中,添加量12%时,氧指数达到23以上,水平燃烧速率下降60%。

Synthesis and Application of Two Novel Phosphorus bromine Synergy Flame Retardants
Abstract:Two novel brominated phosphate flame retardants tetra(2,3 dibromopropyl)glycol diphosphate and 1,2 bis(5,5' dibromomethyl 1,3,2 trioxyl 2 oxaheane)ethane were synthesized on basis of the materials of glycol,2,3 dibromopropyl alcohol or dibromoneopentyl glycol,phosphorus oxychloride.The structures of both of compounds were characterized by elementary analysis and IR.PUFF was treated with former compound,when the add on was 20%,LOI reached 25,burn rate decreased by 64% compared with original PUFF.
