甘蔗糖厂酒精废醪提取食用色素的研究

摘    要:采用树脂法从酒精废醪中提取食用色素。1m3废醪可提取10kg焦糖色素和25kg甘蔗黄色素,产品质量分别达到GB8817—88和GB5176—85标准,同时排放废水的COD由10~14万mg/L降至1万mg/L左右,pH值由45~50升至7左右。

Abstract:Resin method is adopted to extract edible pigment from waste undecanted wine.It can get 10 kg burnt sugar pigment and 2.5 kg yellow sugarcane pigment in 1 m 3 waste undecanted wine.The quality of the product comes up to GB 8817—88 and GB 5176—85 respectively.The COD of waste water decreases from 100000~140000mg/L to about 10000 mg/L,and pH increases from 4.5~5.0 to about 7.
