摘    要:研究了便于工业化的技术路线以合成标题化合物。频哪酮与草酸二乙酯在甲醇钠存在下回流反应制得新戊酰丙酮酸酯,收率88%;后者在10%质量的玻璃粉催化下于190℃热解得戊酮酸—甲乙混酯,收率90%。再采用酯交换的方法,制得标题化合物。三步总收率大于56%,产品纯度达到97%以上。

Abstract:The route suitable for industrial synthesis of title compound has been studied.Pinacolone reacts with diethyl oxalate in presence of sodium methylate under refluxing to get both methyl and ethyl pivalopyruvates in 88% yield. The latter is pyrolyzed at 190℃ in presence of glass powder which quantity is about 10% weight of the pivalopyruvate.The yield of methyl and ethyl 3 oxopentanoates is 90%.The mixed esters are purified by ester exchange reaction to get title compound in 56% yield.The purity of the product is more than 97%.
