摘    要:将静压传动应用于火炮的驱动装置中,实现火炮驱动系统的电液比例控制。对电液比例变量泵和变量马达系统进行了分析、建模与仿真。通过火炮静液压驱动系统的实测实验,验证了输出压力 流量曲线与目标恒功率曲线基本一致,实现了对火炮驱动系统的自动调解。采用ECU控制单元的火炮驱动系统可以实现速度感应控制,提高机械的工作效率。数字仿真及实测结果表明:火炮采用静压驱动后有明显的节能效果,并减轻了火炮的重量,从而改善了火炮作战、转移的机动性,为军事车辆静压驱动提供了范例。

Abstract:An electric-hydraulic proportional control over cannon hydrostatic driving system was developed.Analysis,modeling and simulation were performed on the electric-hydraulic proportional variable-capacity pump and variable-displacement motor system.The concordance between the output pressure-flow curve and the target constant power curve was validated through tests on cannon hydrostatic driving system,revealing that the self-regulation function of cannon driving system comes true.It is possible to achieve speed induced control by ECU and to enhance the efficiency of driving system.As an example of hydrostatic pressure driving system for military vehicles,numerical simulation and measured results indicate that application of hydrostatic driving system leads to significant energy-saving and cannon weight reduction,thus improving cannon maneuverability in fighting and transfering.
