钛和钛合金在低温下的力学性能

摘    要:从材料的拉伸强度、疲劳强度、断裂韧性、夏氏冲击吸收能等方面详细地介绍了钛和钛合金低温下的一些主要性能指标以及其随温度和材质的变化情况,实验结果表明,随着钛和钛合金的使用,温度降低,拉伸强度和疲劳强度升高,延伸率、断裂韧性、夏氏冲击吸收有降低;减少材料的杂质含量能够改善材质的低温性能。

Abstract:As a kind of important structural materials in the aeronautic industry, Ti and Ti alloys have excellent mechanical properties at cryogenic temperature. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, fatigue strength, fracture toughness, charpy impact absorbed energy at cryogenic temperature for Ti and Ti alloys, and their response to temperature and material composition were reviewed in this paper. In addition, some advice about the use of Ti and Ti alloys at cryogenic temperature was given.
