基于机械结构的MTMD系统振动控制的研究

摘    要:提出一种基于多重调谐阻尼器(MTMD)的结构响应的控制分析模型,应用优化参数的方法来实现MTMD系统参数的设计,达到机械结构减振的目的。分析表明应用MTMD进行机构结构的减振设计可以达到机械结构希望控制点处振幅值减小30%左右的效果。

Abstract:A control analysis model based on structural response of the Multiple Tuned Mass Damper(MTMD), and an optimization method to realize the parameter design of the system of MTMD are proposed in this paper,which aims to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration of a mechanical structural system. The analysis results showed it is an effective method for the control of structural vibration, and the MTMD can be used to carry out the design for reducing vibration of the mechanical structure, and to attain the effect for reducing 30% vibration at the control point of the mechanical structure.
