| 摘 要： | 采用熵权与决策者的主观权重相结合的方法确定综合权重,运用多目标决策理论,建立了基于熵权的一种多目标决策方法对公路建设项目进行排序.该方法系统地考虑了决策方案目标集的客观因素和决策者的主观因素,使权重确定更加合理.然后再结合“理想点法”进行评价和排序.最后通过应用举例,说明应用该方法对公路建设项目进行排序更加科学可靠.

| Abstract: | Combining the entropy weight with the decision maker's subjective weight the synthetic weight is decided.By means of multi-objective decision making theory,a multi-objective optimization method based on the entropy weight for priority order decision of highway construction projects is established.This method systematically considers the objective factors of the decision schemes and the subjective factors of the decision makers,which makes the synthetic weight more rational.The evaluation and the priority are made combining with the ideal point method.Finally the application of a case suggests that the method can be scientific and reliable for priority order decision of highway projects. |
