云南省生活垃圾处理现状与对策

摘    要:云南城市生活垃圾处理以填埋为主,资源化程度低,对环境造成了严重的二次污染。从科学的发展观和构建和谐社会的理念出发,生活垃圾处理应该采用基于垃圾分类的综合处理技术,即对于易降解的有机生活垃圾采用厌氧消化的处理方式,可以得到绿色能源和肥料;不易降解的部分进行回收或生产废弃物复合材料。卫生填埋只能作为垃圾产业化处理的最终处置方式。对云南省的城市生活垃圾管理、处理与资源化提出对策。

Abstract:Municipal solid waste in Yunnan was landfilled without being separated, which caused low recovery efficiency of resource and second environmental pollution. For the consideration of scientific development and harmonious society, the integrated technology based on municipal solid waste separation and recovery should be adopted. Green energy and fertilizer were obtained in the anaerobic digestion of organic fracture, and non -degradable waste was used to produce municipal solid waste composites. Sanitary landfill should only be the final treatment of municipal solid waste industrialization. Furthermore, other measures were brought forward to improve the treatment and resource recovery of municipal solid waste.
