船用起重机波浪补偿控制技术研究

摘    要:研究波浪对船舶在海上运动的影响,介绍船用起重机的波浪补偿原理,分析被动式波浪补偿技术和主动式波浪补偿技术的原理和特点,对两种技术进行比较,并对主动式波浪补偿控制器设计要点进行研究,提出一种主动式波浪补偿起重机控制器的设计方案。研究结果表明,通过采用先进的电子器件和设计鲁棒性强的控制算法,采用主动式波浪补偿技术具有更好的波浪补偿能力,不仅能适应船用起重机单次吊装量增加的需求,而且便于对现有船用起重机进行升级改造。

Abstract:This paper researches the heave effect to ship moving on the sea, introduces the principles of heave compensation of ship crane, analyses the characteristics of two technologies which are passive heave compensation and active heave compensation,compares the two technologies, and researches the important parts of designering active heave compensation controller,and a project of the controller is proposed . It indicates that the active heave compensation technology has much more better heave compensation ability by designering strong robust control algorithm, it is not only adapt to the need in a single operation,but also more easier to be achieved based on the existing ship crane.
