| 摘 要： | FMS是复杂、大型的系统，利用Petri网的特有性质能很好地分析FMS系统。首先概述了柔性制造系统和随机Petri网的特征，结合一柔性制造系统的实例，通过随机Petri网建模，分析了FMS的多项性能指标；最后简要介绍了一种模拟软件StpnPlay，并用其对随机任务随机时间进行模拟。在实际应用中可以借助一些模拟软件实现模拟结果，以供管理者参考系统的可行性。

| Abstract: | FMS is a complex system,and it can be well analyzed by Petri net.In this paper,an overview about Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) and Stochastic Petri Net(SPN) will first be presented.Based on an instance of FMS,the author builds an SPN modeling and analyzes the performance indices of FMS.Finally,the software of StpnPlay is introduced and simulation is carried out.This can serve as a possible system for administrators to refer to. |
