胶凝方式对制备纳米二氧化钛的影响

摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,运用XRD,TEM,DTA-TG等方法探讨了胶凝方式(溶胶到凝胶的转变方式)对二氧化钛晶型转变温度、粒度大小等的影响,结果表明:胶凝方式对粉体的晶化温度影响不大,但对颗粒的形貌、粒度大小及胶凝时间影响较大。适宜温度下将溶剂蒸发是溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛一种较好的胶凝方式。

Abstract:Using tetrabutyl titanate as precursors, the ultrafine TiO 2 was prepared by sol gel method. XRD, TEM, and DTA TG methods were used to characterize the ultrafine powder. The experimental results show that the route from sol to gel has very little effect on crystalline phase transition temperture, but has obviously effect on crystallography, particles size and sol gel time. At proper temperature,vaporizing solvent is a better route of sol gel for the preparation of nanosized TiO 2 powder.
