排油圈法对生物表面活性剂的定性与定量

摘    要:测定生物表面活性剂产生的方法有:滴液法、排油圈法和血平板裂解法。排油圈法是较为常用的一种方法。表面活性剂浓度与排油圈直径和培养液表面张力之间都呈线性关系,通过它们之间的线性图,根据其中的一个参数就能计算出另外两个参数。用上述方法对从大港油田分离出来的一株菌DG-1进行实验,证明了排油圈法能快速准确地对生物表面活性剂的产生,进行定性和定量。

Abstract:There are three methods to detect biosurfactant production, drop collapse, oil spreading, and blood agar. The method of oil spreading is popular, there is a every strong linear correlation between the diameter of clear zone obtained with the oil spreading, the concentration of biosurfactant and the surface tension of culture, according to one data, the other two data can be calculated from the chart. Using drop spreading method to detect whether the bacterium isolated from high temperature Dagang Oil Field is a biosurfactant producer and to determinate the concentration of the biosurfactant, which provide the oil spreading method is a easy and reliable method of quantitative and qualitative analysis of biosurfactant.
