摘    要:为了保证总辐射表计量检定系统本身量值的可靠性和精度,研究设计了一种总辐射表计量检定设备自动化检测系统。从功能检测和性能检测两个方面对总辐射表计量检定设备自动化检测系统进行了硬件和软件的详细设计。本文所设计的自动化检测系统能够满足总辐射表计量检定设备的设备正常化检测和量值稳定性检查需求,确保了总辐射表计量量值传递的准确、可靠。

Abstract:To ensure the system reliability and accuracy of pyranometer metrology verification equipment, we studies and designs the automatic test system. The hardware and software for the system are designed in detail in two aspects including function test and performance test. The automatic test system can meet the demand of equipment normalization test and measurement stability checking for pyranometer metrology verification equipment,which can ensure the accurate and reliable of pyranometer verification value transfer.
