摘    要:提出了一种新的制备有机金属配合物纳米线的方法,即饱和蒸气反应法,并解释了它的生长机理。用这种方法制备的Ag(TCNQ)TCNQ,tetracyanoquinodimethane]纳米线(棒)基本垂直于基板。截面近似呈方形,边长<100nm,长度(高度)可控,生长温度低(≤120℃),因而在实际应用过程中容易与其它工艺兼容。在STM针尖和导电AFM针尖电场作用下这种纳米线(棒)具有电双稳特性,预期在纳米电子学方面有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A novel method was developed to prepare Ag(TCNQ) nanowires and the growing mechanism was described. The electrical property of Ag(TCNQ) nanowire was investigated. It was found that Ag(TCNQ) nanowire has two states of high resistance and low resistance respectively, i.e. electrical bistable characteristic. It was expected this nanowire will have widely applications in nano-electronics.
