摘    要:本实验以间甲苯酚和3,4-二氯三氟甲苯为原料合成氟磺胺草醚.考察了各种反应条件对缩合反应,硝化反应,酰胺化反应的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件,获得了较为满意的反应结果,总收率可达82.7%,为进一步的研究和生产提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Fomesafen was synthesized from 3 - methylphenol and 3,4 - dichloro - trifluorotoluene as initiative in this paper. The effects of reaction conditions on the condensation, nitration and amidation were investigated, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The result showed that satisfactory and the total yield could reach 82.7%, which could be the basis for the following research and production.
